Using Toolraq
Toolraq provides free browser-based utilities. You may use them for personal or commercial purposes, without an account, without payment, and without attribution.
There is no usage limit and no paid tier. We may change, add or remove tools over time, and we may change or discontinue the service without notice.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Toolraq to:
- Break any applicable law, or infringe someone else’s copyright, trademark or privacy.
- Process content you do not have the right to process.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the site or its infrastructure.
- Republish the site itself as your own service.
No warranty
Toolraq is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any output will be accurate or suitable for your purpose. Because everything runs in your browser, results also depend on your device, your browser and its capabilities.
Always keep your original files. Tools that modify documents or images produce a new file, but you should never rely on this site as your only copy of anything important.
Calculators are not professional advice
The financial and tax calculators — including the GST, SIP, EMI, income tax, compound interest, BMI and calorie tools — are provided for general information and estimation only.
They are not tax advice, financial advice, investment advice or medical advice, and they may not reflect the latest rules, rates or thresholds that apply to your situation. Tax rules in particular change frequently and vary by jurisdiction and individual circumstances.
Before making a financial, tax, health or legal decision, consult a suitably qualified professional. Do not rely on this site alone.
Third-party content
Some tools interact with content owned by others. The YouTube Thumbnail Downloader, for example, retrieves images that belong to the video’s creator. You are responsible for making sure your use of any such content is lawful — fair use, permission from the rights holder, or another valid basis.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Toolraq and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, files, profits or opportunity, arising out of or relating to your use of the site — even if we have been advised that such damage is possible.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Intellectual property
The Toolraq name, design and source code belong to their respective owners. The files and content you process with the tools remain entirely yours — we never receive them, and we claim no rights over them.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The “last updated” date will change when we do, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
