Reporting a problem with a tool
Bug reports are much easier to act on with a little detail. If you can, include:
- Which tool you were using, and the page address.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- Your browser and device — for example “Chrome on Android” or “Safari on iPhone”.
- The type and rough size of the file, if a file was involved.
Please do not email us the file itself. We do not want a copy of your documents, and we cannot debug faster by having one — the details above are far more useful.
Suggesting a tool
Tool suggestions are welcome. The main thing that decides whether one is possible is whether it can run entirely in the browser without a paid third-party service. If it can, it is a genuine candidate.
